Very nice hotel to the north from Hamburg to stay transit overnight if you are travelling by car. We stayed in triple room and the size of the room was very good for this price.

“customer service must be improved”
low responsiveness of the personnel. I needed an invoice, asked for that after check out and received it only after 12 days and a lot of calls.

Sweet family, very helpfull. Nice small rooms, nice breakfast. Nice and cheap place to stay overnight on your way to Kiel. Free parking outside.

“Bad location, none-friendly staff, extremely expensive.”
Extremely bad location, the hotel was on a road which is busy all the time and when some car run over the road it feels like you are in middle of an earthquake. We couldn't sleep whole night. None-friendly staff, couldn't even speak English.
