“Excellent and enjoyable stay”
We really liked the friendly staff who went above and beyond, the light and spacious room, the delicious and varied breakfast and the games room. And lastly because we're English, we asked for a kettle and tea and upon arrival we were greeted with a tray, chocolates coffee and tea with the kettle in the room!

“It was a really devastating stay and the worst experience of lodging in a hotel all my life.”
The hotel rooms and facilities in the rooms are too old and dirty. The bathroom especially is really disgusting. The hotel policies in regards to charges are ridiculously high and unreasonable.
