“The hotel with the best value for money”
I was generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel. In particular, the breakfast was excellent, and it felt like a lot of care and attention had been put into it.

“Never stayed”
I tried for over 2 weeks to have a reservation canceled because I had already stayed at the property and been charged for the trip. I consistently called and emailed and even had booking.com try to assist. The property never answered and when they did all they told me was that booking.com needed to call them. Booking.com could not reach them and sent an email. They have still to responded to any of the emails I or booking.com sent and I am out $700

Staff was nice. Close to where I had a meeting so very convenient.
