This place is fantastic and Federica is an admirable host. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste, everything is very clean and tidy, the surroundings are very beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and serene. The cherry on the top is the delicious breakfast Federica makes with very fresh products and home made delicacies. We loved it!! Thank you again Federica for this lovely stay.

“Delightful stay in a beautiful area with a friendly, accomodating couple”
I was so happy to find Nonna Rosa and meet Federica and Walter. The accommodations were better than I expected. Breakfast was so delicious with fresh fruits, walnuts and hazelnuts grown right outside my window. The area was recommended by a friend to go hiking nearby -- Walter is also a rafting guide and mountain biker, so he can give suggestions as well. Overall, I was so happy I booked and would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

“The scenery and relaxing atmosphere alone are worth the trip”
The room was clean and comfortable and our hosts were outstandingly nice. We were even able to rent bicycles for a very reasonable price and Walter picked us up from the trail when we became tired. But what really stands out in this place is its location - a tiny, quiet village surrounded by green hills. Even by the high standards of small Umbrian villages we found this place to be uniquely peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

“Cosy”
We’ ve seen a lot good bed and breadfasts, but this one is the best. Stylish room, beautiful garden for having breakfast and very friendly host which baked lovely cakes.

“Absolute Paradise”
Unbelievable location, totally worth driving out for. Superb + quality finish in the rooms, really comfortable bed and absolutely spotless. If you like the outdoors and country life, you should absolutely stay here, I didn’t want to leave. Hosts were so welcoming and kind and the home baking was excellent. I spent a few hours of an evening sitting in the garden listening to the wildlife which was spectacular. I’d love to go back another time and also try some rafting! Thanks for having me :)
