“This hotel meets my expectation”
Staff was helpful and had good interaction with guest. I requested more pillows and staff brought them to my room just a few minutes after the request. Then, I forgot my key card and the staff members were very helpful. One of the staff assisted me to access to lift and help open my room. This was very impressive.
