the staff were exemplary in customer service, the hotel had evening “open plan” eateries around and a 7-11 too, everything was excellent… and the hotel is right next to the SkyTrain terminal so is So convenient for getting around.

“Exceptionally clean”
The staff made it a very enjoyable stay, helped sort a private car for a trip we needed. right next to a 711 which was helpful and the place was very clean with hot shower and smarty TV.

“Perfect and cosy.”
Location is very good. Close to the Pink train station, can get to the park very fast and bus stop is close as well, so can get to the street food markets and the Mall in no time. 7/11 is just around the corner. The hotel itself feels like home. All facilities are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's quiet and bed was very comfortable. Recommend to anyone. Also hotel had Christmas theme that was a nice touch to all the nice things.
