Great afternoon and overnight stop before taking the train to Bangkok.

We arrived early from Laos, our plan was to spend the night and leave the next day by train. We intended to explore Nong Khai, but the hotel, with its charming cottages, beautiful surroundings, and swimming pool, was so stunning that we didn't leave. It was a relaxing day; we had lunch and dinner there, and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly attentive and even took us to the train station in a tuk-tuk.

It was truly an oasis - calm, peaceful, spotlessly clean with with a very serene atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious, served promptly by the pool, and the garden was obviously very well loved. The location was perfect for the railway station.

“Perfect for a weekend getaway!”

Fantastic little Oasis in the heart of the city. A clean, large, beautiful swimmingpool in a lush garden. I recommend to stay in one of the villas, and not the main building with hotel rooms. Charming small villas right by the swimmingpool. Staff is very fiendly. Communication used to be a little challenging due to language barriers, but we found that they have now hired English speaking staff. Easy to access by foot from the Nong Khai train station.

I haven’t told them that I’m not feeling well however they let me check in four hours before check-in timing, they kind of guess I needed to rest and I informed them that I have to leave for the train in the evening before 7:30. The lady in the reception then informed the team and sent me to the room. That was really nice and very kind of them. Overall, I was very happy how they treated me in the evening. There was a car sending me to the train station catching the train back to Bangkok. I didn’t expect to be able to stay in the room that early. I thought I was was tired to work by the pools or reception before check-in timing.

The staff were very nice. The food and drinks were excellent. The grounds are lovely, but I found the pool was dirty and chemicals are overused. My son got a rash from the pool. The room was fine. It is a great place to chill. Far away from the town, but close to the train station.
