WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: Take photos and videos of everything when you arrive and right before you leave. We checked out on May 24th, leaving the apartment and the bathroom in perfect condition. Two days later, the host accused us of completely shattering the tempered glass shower screen. However, his story was full of contradictions: he sent us a picture of the broken glass at 11:56 AM, but later claimed his cleaner arrived and discovered the damage at 12:30 PM. When we pointed out that his timeline was physically impossible, he became mocking and defensive instead of explaining his own contradictory statements. It is unacceptable to be falsely accused and pressured for damages two days after leaving, especially based on a fabricated timeline. If you choose to stay here, protect yourself by documenting every corner of the property upon check-out so you do not face unjustified financial claims.

We liked how well communicated everything was from Kevin, simple instructions, everything straight forward. The flat is conveniently located (10 mins walk from the RER train station); it was clean, well equipped and prepared for our needs.

Great property and great host! Very welcoming and kind. Property was very clean and in a great location. If I stayed longer in Paris I most definitely would have extended my stay - would recommend.

The instructions to the flat were very clear and easy to follow. The flat is near a bus stop and also a walking distance from the main station (about 15 to 17 minutes depending on how you walk). Kévin, the owner was also very accessible.
