“Beautiful apartment and looking forward to returning”

The property was absolutely beautiful and the instructions for entering the building were very clear. It’s a little tricky to work the lock for the apartment door at first, but once you get the hang of it it’s really easy. We used the apartment as a base to visit Disneyland and found it extremely easy and convenient. When arriving at the apartment, take the RER line A from the centre of Paris and get off at the Noisy-Champs station. We found changing to the RER easier from the metro as RER line B was very busy from Gare du Nord. From Noisy-Champs, you can take the 320 bus (second stand to the left when you exit the station) to stop Les Cromiers right outside the apartment building. In the evenings, the last bus from the station is at 23:59 and this was perfect timing for us as we stayed to watch the end of the night shows. It is about a 20 minute walk to the apartment from the station which isn’t too bad, but after long days in Disneyland we found the bus a blessing! The shower was lovely and powerful. There are no instructions on how to use it but we managed to work it out in less than a minute- you just pull the temperature knob out and upwards to turn it on, and turn the top knob to adjust where the water flows from. You can also see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from the apartment balcony. It’s not the clearest view but looks beautiful when lit up at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking at booking again so we can explore Paris a little more.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with good connection 10-12 min walking to the RER A. It was perfect for our stay.

Big apartment, handy for the A RER to Disney and Paris and a bus to the stations too which is handy coming back at night. . With all the hysteria regarding bed bugs in Paris there was no evidence of that here, so very pleased on that front. It was very clean.

The house is excellent. Big, clean, well decorated. It was equipped with everything we could think of (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, toiletries, towels, bed linen, and even with some complimentary tea and coffee). The TV has Netflix for the guest to enjoy. There's a lovely balcony to spend free time, the beds were comfortable. The location, to us, was perfect. 10min walk away from the supermarket, from a McDonald's and from the RER A line, which takes you directly to Disneyland and to the center of Paris. It's a self-check-in, so relatively easy to work it out.

Everything was good except the AC. There was no AC in the apartment while it was a little bit hot during our stay. The host was helpful and the location was good about 20 min from Disneyland.

We have never given 10 so far for an accomodation anywhere but this flat deserves this due to the overall impression made to us during our 1-week stay: - clean, spacious, tidy, very well-equipped apartman (incl the kitchen) - separate WC - home-like feeling - balcony with view - large TV - spacious shower, small window in the bathroom - good wifi - large fridge - cupboard with enough storage space
