“Poor reception and room service”
The only thing good about this place was a receptionist on the very first day when we checked in, I never got to know his name. After that nothing was good.

I have written a formal complaint to lemon tree hotel reservation department. It has been a horrific experience in terms of hotel safety and hygiene and felt deceived by its google images, will recommend people to never book this.

“All in all, this was more a 3* hotel at best - I am glad I did not spend more than the 5 nights here”
Ok. Enough food choice on the whole - though I only really had breakfast. Quality of food was reasonable, as was the choice. Service in the restaurant was reasonable. And attentive staff on the whole. Location of the hotel was reasonable for what I needed to do Generators came on promptly when there was a power outage
