I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the staff was generally friendly. However, I was disappointed by an unexpected charge for item from the minibar that I did not use. The hotel insisted that the seal was broken, so I had to pay the cost, even though I was certain I hadn’t consumed. This left a sour note on an otherwise good stay. I would advise future guests to double-check the minibar upon check-in to avoid similar issues.
