“Great hotel with an amazing staff”
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped to change our room to a non-smoking one even though I made the wrong choice during the reservation. They went an extra-mile to change our room. The room was big and comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast. And the onsen was very relaxing.

Very clean modern hotel, the staff were polite and professional. I didn't eat breakfast but Route Inn usually has nice breakfast. It's a good location for USS Tokyo auction as it's not too far.

“It was amazing!”
This hotel is fantastic! I would stay again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made all the difference when it was time for me to return home because they arranged a taxi to the airport. I am grateful!
