Everything was perfect starting with the guidance given by the host prior to our arrival , the arrival was after hours but still very smooth , the temperature in the villa was perfect , everything was super clean , the beds are super comfortable and the pool is amazing

The villa was spacious with lots of open areas to enjoy especially in good weather.

This facility is comprised of several villas of varying sizes (2 and 3 bedrooms). Ours was a two bedroom villa with good facilities and well catered for. Management does a good job of providing all required information and making sure that your stay is enjoyable!

Great place to stay to get away from it all. Helpful staff and lots of space. The pool and garden were great. Huge bedrooms and very clean- a few ants in the garden but no massive issue. A 30 minute drive to Nizwa. Not much to do within walking distance.

One of the better and more beautiful villas I have stayed in. The villa is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and everything was very clean. The pool and small terrace are definitely a highlight. The staff is friendly and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests. Villa is perfectly located so you don't have to drive too long to different towns, points of interest etc.

“Perfect stay!”

Absolutely stunning stay in this villa, the heated swimming pool is perfect after hiking in jabel Sham, the bed is huge and mattresses are heaven. Thanks a lot to Rabiaa, the manager, with his advice on restaurants (you must try the nearby Turkish restaurant called Fawanese, best food we had in Oman so far!), teas, dates,… we even got a beautiful cat spending 2 days with us in the villa, what else could you ask for???

Private house with a pool

Spacious villa with a heated pool. Everything is brand new and clean. You can feel really private there. Nizwa is easy reachable when you have a car. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was beyond what i was expecting. How nice to have our own little villa and private pool. Then they brought breakfast to your villa in the morning and you could eat it outside in the sun. I would definitely recommend it. Bit out in the sticks but defo worth it!
