Location is really good. Close to Nizwa and well connected for visiting the region. The hotel facilities are also really nice with a great coffee shop and small heated pool in each villa.

“Not much around the area apart from desert and a place for families to chill and have a picnic. There is also a zoo near”
During the booking process the picture showed it had a pool and upon arrival this wasn’t the case? We queried and was told that there was additional payment which we thought was misleading to the customers?

“Quiet relaxing place”
We took 2room villa with pool view. The room layout and the attached pool was very good. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Quiet place. There is an open zoo close to the property.
