“Highly recommended!”
Host was extremely helpful and courteous. Property was neat an tidy. Exactly what you would expect after a day long drive from Muscat and Wahi Shabs. Relaxed enviroment. Surrounded by eateries. One of the best properties to stay in Sur near the fort. Fort is 2 mins walking distance from the hotel.

“Best Omani Hospitality”
Just wow! Not only it located so close to Nizwa market, it's also super clean (I'm picky!), well maintained and decorated. The breakfast was scrumptious (and very very generous in portion size) with the best fava beans I've tasted during the whole of Oman trip so far. There's nothing to complain about at this place, only praises! The owner is also very helpful in providing local guidance.

Beautiful and traditional house in the heart of Nizwa. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a great view of the souk - the breakfast was also super nice.

“Great Location and Atmosphere”
From the outside, it looks unassuming, but inside, it’s a beautifully designed building with a pleasant scent. The location is central yet quiet. The terrace and garden are highlights—perfect for dining and relaxing. The service is friendly and attentive, from the reception staff to the helpful porters assisting with luggage. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is tasty and filling. Definitely recommended!

“Great location in the heart of the old town”
Great location in the middle of the city. Beautiful garden with the possibility to sit in the shade of the plants. Roof terrace available. Indoor accommodation tastefully furnished, pleasant, all clean. Rooms are spacious, with a wide double bed that comfortably sleeps one adult and two children. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants, fort, souq. Large car park nearby, staff will help you with your luggage. Some buildings nearby are under construction, but nothing disturbed us during our stay. I would recommend this accommodation.

“Perfect location and Old Town atmosphere”
Perfect location - in the heart of Old Town. Basic and small room - equipped in fridge and AC. Breakfast served on the roof top of their restaurant building - tasty and rich (arabic cuisine). Communicative and helpful Host. Good restaurant on site. We parked on the public parking lot - just ten minutes walk from the Guest House.
