Nizwa Inn is a fairly large hotel with convenient free public parking. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TV, but the staff fixed it quickly and efficiently. The breakfast selection was not very extensive, but it was sufficient. Right next to the hotel there is a restaurant as well as a small grocery store, which was very convenient.

“Overall a poor stay. Very bad smell in the common areas and room. AC kept making some sound at night”
There was a strong foul smell of drainage all through the hotel and room which was awful.
