The house is literally in the heart of Nizwa old town. It is a very unique experience and the inn is truly one of a kind. We received a warm welcome from the host, who was very friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean, and the beds were perfect. The pool is heated and perfect for relaxation.

Perfect location to visit Nizwa, just 5 minutes walk from the souq and the fort. The house is beautiful, is like living in a tiny city yourself, it is so nice we enjoyed stay inside! The swimming pool is warm all the time and really relaxing. There is a small kitchen ans there were dates and coffee for us at our arrival. There are plenty of places to have breakfast just outside the door.

Cute little apartment in the Aqar Village and walkable to the Fort and souq. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms are very clean as well and overall a great stay.

“A fabulous find in old Nizwa”

Parking is challenging in the narrow streets of old Nizwa city however this property provides secure parking for one car. I liked that this is a very small and private property with only 2 rooms meaning we had it all to ourselves. The souq is less than one minute walk from the property and a cafe for breakfast is directly opposite. The host is very helpful and easily contactable. Next time I come to Nizwa I will base myself here for a few days. I will also be recommending to anyone considering a stay in Nizwa.

“A small village just for you, right in the center of Nizwa”

The owner was waiting for us on a nearby parking lot and brought us personally to his place. It looks like a former shed which has been brilliantly renovated, with two bedrooms fully equipped, a small swimming pool, a tea/coffee corner under a small roof, and even a tiny museum displayed in a glass cabinet. You park your car right in the center of the place, and this is perfect since you are in the heart of Nizwa and would find it difficult to park in the area. Nizwa Fort and the Souks are at a stone's throw from Mazarah Heritage Inn, as well as numerous good restaurants. Actually, once you close the gate of the place, you feel like beeing in a small village with two tiny houses, a kiosque and a swimming pool. You don't even notice there are no windows, since there is light coming from the roof.
