The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was old but the hot water worked well. There was a fridge. Overall a decent stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Muhammad at reception is very kind and helpful. We book for 3 ppl 1 room but got 2 big rooms. Thank you! Very clean and well maintained.

“Majan guesthouse”
The location is v near the Nizwa souq and fort. The room are very big and the shower too. The staff receptionist Ashwaq is exceptionally helpful to help us arrange private tours at last minute request. Cleanliness is good.

The location is perfect for short stays as easily accessible to good restaurants and market place. For big family, you get privacy even with multiple rooms.

The location is quite OK. One side of it is relatively peaceful (except for a very loud mosque at 4 am). The other side facing the street is noisy.
