“A great stay in Nizwa in a renovated traditional Omani house.”

We enjoyed our stay in the old walls of Nizwa. The traditional house had a lovely feel to it which was exactly what we wanted for our first night in Oman. The Wifi was excellent and the bed comofortable and we slept perfectly. Breakfast was amazing at the nearby Cheese Paratha as there is no kitchen in this old house. There are two cozy relaxation areas at different levels of the house and a roof top terrace with a fair bit of seating. We parked in the free parking by the wadi near the supermarket and walked in with our few bags.

Tastefully designed and decorated

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Nizwa and were very happy with our choice. We were a bit worried about the room not having windows, but it was actually very comfortable and pleasantly cool after the heat of the day. The room is small, but everything was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with many attractions, cafés, and restaurants just outside.

The location is great. Walking distance to the main sites. Very safe even though the streets are narrow.

It’s such a cute, nice and very clean hotel. You have everything what you need. The owner is nice and makes sure that you are taken care of as guest. Everything is walkable from the hotel and literally next to the hotel

Amazing location, just perfect for wondering and exploring the best of Nizwa. We were sent location for parking which was helpful, then just a short walk to the hotel. They even helped us with our laundry - sending it to laundry and returning it to us the next morning. Which was so helpful.

Basic rooms without windows (dark). Bathroom taps have never been cleaned.

Great location in the heart of the old town. It was great to experience an old house with traditional furnishings. The views from the roof terrace were superb.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We could approach the staff at any time if we had questions, and they regularly asked us if everything was okay. Breakfast is brought to your room in a to go box. The breakfast is rather hearty, but we enjoyed it very much.

First of all, the hotel owner is one of the nicest person we met during our stay in Nizwa! The room was really nice, clean and has everything you may need! Don't expect huge rooms as it is an old renovated building :) But this hotel is full of charm and is perfectly located in the old town.
