This great accomodation in the center of Niska Banja is clean, comfortable and spacious! It has free parking on the spot at the host is very kind and helpful.

We booked a room for 2 persons with private toilet, but we were accomodated in a big new appartment, equiped with all amenities. Quiet place, even it is next to the main street. The park is very close. Hotel-Hospital is very close. A lot of markets around. Clean and tidy. The host is very kind. Bus station is on 2 minutes of walking.

It feels like home. I felt peaceful. The apartment was clean and cozy. The owner is very kind.

I am very happy with my stay there for 4 nights with my family! So far Villa Olivera is the best quality:price offer I found over this site. The studio we were offered is immaculate! You have private parking within the yard, bakery right in front of the house and grocery shop right next to you. Cash machine, restaurants, park all is literally at your doorstep. Easy access from the motorway. All was better than one could wish! Top! Top! Top!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was impeccably clean, and the host was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She even upgraded us to a modern apartment when she learned we were coming with a baby, even though we'd originally booked a basic room. The place's proximity to the park and other amenities was a big plus, and the availability of parking made our trip even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and very quite place in a very good location. The room was very clean and host was always there if I needed something. I am used to travel a lot, and I tend to have high-standards. I can say the Villa Olivera and it's management met my expectations. Thank you and see you again.
