Roome and the bed are large. Kitchen stuffs are great.

Loved the place small and simple. We were two people it was enough for us. We didn't have a lot of luggage. We got the room on the 3rd floor. Loved the breeze. There is no elevator we had to carry our luggage 3 floors. Other than that everything was good. The checkin details and info is all clear. The host was responsive. Closer to Lawson store, bus stop and kyoto station.

Excellent base to explore Kyoto. The level of cleanliness was quite good, with the odd speck of dust in the corner. There was aircon to keep us nice and toasty.

A lovely place to stay with transport nearby and shops close by too. Spotlessly clean and I love the fact they even supplied washing powder for the washing machine along with shampoo and conditioner. Nice touch.

“I will be visiting again in the future!”

This is a great apartment to stay in if you're visiting Kyoto. It is a relatively close distance to the main train station, only around 15-20 minute walk. The apartment was superbly clean, and had all the amenities you could want out of a short stay. There is an excellent laundry place just around the corner (less than a minute walk) if you need to complete laundry outside of the apartment. The host provides plenty of cleaning goods - soaps, body washes, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and has bug screens on the window - on hot nights I kept the window open for good air flow and quite enjoyed this.

The location is relatively close to a subway station. It's comfortable for all 4 of the family members.

The room has empty space for big or small luggage, I recommend for that but the location is bit to far from the shop district or other location but is near the train station.

Small hotel 15 minutes walk from Kyoto train station. Room very small, needed more cleaning ( lots of dust). No space to put luggage. Appliances in kitchen was ok. The area around the hotel very quiet, can be found a good local restaurants.

All facilities are equipped and neat. Just the location is a bid far from station.

Quick responses. They gave me a room on the first floor so I don’t have to walk upstairs with my suitcases.
