Location was very conveniently located near Shijo Omiya station, within walking distance of Kyoto station, and historical sites. Futon was very comfortable. Very spacious property (coming from Tokyo). Host replied fast when asked questions. Would love to stay again.

“Very nice, comfortable and convenient.”
The property was very new, clean and well equipped. V comfortable futons and bench/sofa in upstairs area. A bus stop is outside and a small convenience store just up the road. Contact from owner was good. It’s worth noting that this is two separate apartments in one house with separate internal keypads so if you are travelling with quite small kids it might not be ideal if you don’t want them alone downstairs. It does mean you get two bathrooms and two washing machines though!
