The hotel is just across the street from Kyoto JR station (approx. 5mins walk). It is very convenient to travel around Kyoto! The rooms were spacious, tidy and clean. The staff were extremely helpful with the check in and check out process. There were no front desk setting, but the staff will come down and assist when you follow the intercom prompts. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here!

Very large room for Japanese standards, with a sofa and goodamenities. It's just by the Kyoto station, which is a very convenient location (though this is not necessarily the best area for sightseeing but we weren't there for sightseeing this time).

Location of this property is so close to Kyoto station and made the sightseeing very easy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

We stayed in a very spacious and beautifully appointed room on the 9th floor. The shower room was wonderful and modern. Hotel was perfectly positioned for our needs. Staff were very kind and provided warm hospitality.

We booked this hotel mainly for its location—right across from the train station—which made getting around by taxi or rail incredibly convenient. The room photos looked great too, but what truly surprised us was how spacious the room actually was compared to our previous stay in Tokyo. Having that much extra space was fantastic. Having no "visible" reception staff to check-in was a new thing for us, and we needed assistance which we got immediately and from then on it was just a matter of using a PIN code to enter the hotel lobby/lifts area. It felt like we were just going home to our apartment with nobody around, and no lingering guests congesting common areas as such in a typical hotel scenario - I really enjoyed this aspect. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
