“Perfect get away.”
Perfect location opposite first ski lift. Next door to ski hire and restaurants, indoor/outdoor onsen. Bus shuttle within 10 mins wait everynight to restaurants in same village, otherwise bus every 15 mins to get into main town for dinner, shopping etc. Beautiful accommodation.

“10 out of 10 for everything! Amazing staff and concierge!”
It’s a real full size house with kitchen, dining and living room. We can stay in our own house but use all the facilities in Green Leave which is ski-in and ski out. Amazing, dedicated concierge give us shuttles to restaurants and help to arrange our trip.

“Love Japan, Hokkaido and will always return to Niseko/ Hirafu but will try other property next trip.”
1) The check in was quite seamless. Waited only a short while at the reception for the host. No keys or cards which is great, just a pass code, same one for the ski storage areas near the gondolas. 2) There is a drying room/coats room at the entrance. Love the tatami mat dining room 3) it’s a ski in/ski out property, super convenient! 4) comfortable transport is provided to move around Niseko village, bus to Hirafu town center.
