“An incredibly convenient and welcoming stay, perfectly located for anyone visiting the university!”
Highly recommended for students and researchers visiting Nis! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of the University of Nis, which made my week-long exchange incredibly convenient. Additionally, there is a bus stop just 5 minutes away on foot with quick connections straight to the city center. The hosts were wonderfully polite, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. A great choice for a short academic trip!

“Amazing owner, perfect apartment”
Everything was perfect especially the owner and his family. They made us feel comfortable. They are very good people. Me and my boyfriend will always remember them. The room was the same as how it's written on booking. We had our own outside area, full equipment kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and hair dryer. Also a coffee machine on the reception desk. And it was free !!! Thank you for everything Mitić Family.
