“A great place to stay.”
Building manager was very friendly. Room was very clean. Clean towels, soap and tissue paper provided. Air conditioning worked. We would stay again.

The place is in a peaceful neighbourhood with paid parking nearby and in front of the building there is a zone for which you or the host can pay daily until the end of your stay. It’s near to the city center.

“Perfect accommodation for a family”
Very spacious apartment with comfortable furniture and beds. Perfect for us with 3 kids. Quiet, slept well and I’m a light sleeper. The owners were very nice and understanding even though we arrived at 1am due to 5 hours of waiting at the border earlier that day. They are very friendly, helpful and hospitable.

“Amazing”
The property is situated in an amazing location. Close to the city centre, close to restaurants, a bar and a shop. Very clean and the room was perfect for a couple. The owner is amazing, he also has no problems going the extra mile to help with whatever we needed. Also a couple of meters away you’ll find always taxis waiting on stand by with very good cheap prices. Surely recommend.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is very modern and the furniture looks amazing, the bed is extremely comfortable and so is the living room furniture. The apartment has one bedroom with a bed and a living room with 2 sofas and an armchair, and one of the sofas is extensible and the host also offers extra sheets, it is perfect for a family of 5. The bathroom is clean and modernly decorated and it was stocked with everything that was needed (towels, bathroom supplies, hairdryer etc.) The ambient lights were also very nice. The apartment is situated in the central part of Nis with easy access to lots of restaurants and markets. The host was really nice and understanding, he gave us the chance to leave as soon as we wanted as we were not dependent on him at all. When we arrived I called him and he came really fast to give us the key, because the property is not a hotel, the host comes whenever the guest needs. As a summary, the property is worth every euro and we had a great experience here.
