Everythinng was new and nice Unfortunately i got the call from the owner or someone because he didn’t introduce himself, we left appartment arround 6-7a.m, i got the call because at one point one of the neighbors we’re actually cery plesent and said that we are not loud but and that evrything is okay just to pay attention not to get noisy…at that time we said okay and decided to leave appartment so we would not make any noise or disturb people. We checked out earlier than needed to respect the neighbors, then we got the call drom the owner at 12am, he started yelling on me that we made party in his place ( even though only 2 of us stayed with 2 more guests that showed to stay for couple of hours WHICH IS ALSO WRITTEN ALLOWED AS LONG AS THERE IS NO DISTURBANCE) he started cursing me and talking that he will brake my legs he will find me and beat me etc etc. No one ever reported anything for disturbing neighbors we respectfully left accomodation hours before check out time. No one ever said anything to us there was no music just talking and enjoying our time in Nis. Very rude owner i recorded that call and he can expect soon call from the authorities for threatening me without any reason

Lux apartment 13 is very cosy, well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, perfectly located, at a walking distance froim the central area of Nis, and easy to access. Getting the keys was smooth, the host was very kind, responsive, and helpful. For a parking option I would recommend to use the outdoor parking space, since the one in the underground parking is quite narrow. I recommend it for the overall positive experience. I would happily stay here again!

It is a modern, beautiful and very clean place. Before our arrival we received very detailed information (including short video and photos) how to park our car and enter the apartment so the checkin in was super easy.

We entered the house easily with the guidance of the owner. Our first impression was very nice. The house was very clean and modern. When we entered the house, the air conditioner was working. It was a very thin thoughtful in this extraordinary heat. The house is within walking distance to the tourist area. In short, we were very pleased. Thanks to our host.

Parking was very difficult, then we had to negotiate quite a process to get into the apartment. We expected that our payment had already been charged to card but ended up having another process having to transfer money later.

The apartment was in a really great location and was walkable to all of the main areas of the old town. There was a parking space provided for us which made out very easy to get our luggage out of the car and the lift made accessing the room very simple and easy. The parking space was pretty tight and I’m glad that we had a fairly small car. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The WiFi was strong and there was plenty of hot water. The lift to the ground floor is smooth and fast. Cafe’s and small food markets are close by. Our host gave us clear instructions and the check in process was very easy.
