The room was both spacious and clean. The manager is a good guy. Despite I accidentally hit and tumbled his moto-scooter (which caused some scratch on it) when I was parking my car, he was very polite and well-mannered to me, (I assume) since I was a customer. This means true professionalism from my point of view.

It's not the first time we are staying at B&B Alex. Last time it was clean, quiet and the room had everything we need. This time it was the same. There's also a small parking lot, and it's easily accessible with a car. Next time we travel through Serbia, we'll book a room at Alex B&B again. Also, the staff's always very friendly.

Great place to stay when in Niš, city centre is just a 10 minute drive away. Spacious and clean room, with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was ecxellent!

We have arrived very late and check-in was fast (but with issue over the charge I had to solve after the holiday). Excellent breakfast, very tasty and rich plate. Romms vere clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

“Definite recommendation!”
The staff is amazing, they were super welcoming although we arrived later than planned. Not sure about her name but the chef’s wife is a ray of sunshine in that place. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and affordable. Just perfect for our short stop in Nis. The house was nice looking and there was a bar/restaurant with an outside terrace. The breakfast which was very good was served on this terrace.

“Excellent place for a short stay”
Great place to stay in Niš if you look for a clean, decent and comfy accommodation. Major advantage is an easy and straightforward connection with a highway to Sofia, which is just 5 minute drive from the guesthouse. But even it's not far from a highway, it's in the city in a peaceful neighborhood, so you'll have a chance to get good rest. The manager is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is great, plenty of parking space, spacious and clean room. Excellent value for money. Actually, much more worthy than the price.
