Nice parking spot reserved for us, close to the City center, good communication of owner. You can reach to the hotel and the owner easily. You can make self chehck-in easily with the help of directions which owner sents you.

“Great place for a safe and comfortable stopover”
We stayed in Niš for only one night, as we were just passing through, but everything was great. The accommodation is definitely suitable for longer stays as well, especially because it is close to the city centre and easy to access. A big advantage for us was the private parking in the courtyard, with a secured gate, especially since we had bicycles mounted on the car. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organised.

The apartment was new, very clean and comfortable. There we found everyting you need for short stay. Easy to park your car inside. Perfect location, easy access to the apartment and the ouner was so friendly and halpfull person. Definately will be back and stay again there. Thanks for your hospitality and keep doing like that.

Nebojsa is a kind and hospitable house owner. We had a comfortable and safe stay at his apartment. We parked our car easily in front of the house. The parking area was inside the building. It is a big chance for the hotels and apartments in Serbia. The apartment was bigger and tidier than we expected. Everything was so clean. Neojsa also helped us to find a restaurant for dinner. Thanks to him we have had one of the best meals so far.
