The cleaningless and the proximity to the beach 🤗 It was the cleanest place I ever slept during a trip.

The rooms have everything you need for a short or long stay: comfortable bedding, a good bathroom, a kitchen, and a refrigerator. A generous Sri Lankan breakfast is provided. The hosts are friendly, speak very good English, and helped us find a taxi at the end of our stay. The location is ideal, right by the sea, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location walking distance from one of the best beaches in Sri Lanka. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room was brand new and spotless. The bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a gas stove and plenty of counter space, making it easy to cook proper meals. ​Since we were the only guests, we were lucky enough to have the entire second floor—including the kitchen, dining area, and balcony—all to ourselves. However, it might have felt a bit cramped if we had to share the space with other guests.

We loved our stay at Theepan. You have your own little hut and a very comfortable terrace. Very private and quiet. The Theepan family is extremely kind and helped arrange laundry and a tuk tuk to the bus station. They also facilitated a very early breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

The location is very close to the beach. It is a safe and quiet place if you are a woman travelling alone. There is a very nice terrace.

Theephan is a very friendly owner and together with his family he helped us with everything. The accomodation is super cosy and has all you need. They offer a very good vegan friendly breakfast. I can totally recommend this guest house.

Such a calm and beautiful place, the family is lovely and they helped us with recommendations and services, we were going to stay 2 nights but we end up staying for a week and honestly we didn't want to leave, great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, tasty Sri Lankan breakfast, recommended 100% place to stay

A big quite house 5 minutes from the ideal Bounty beach. I went 2 times to the coral snorkeling - to Angels island and to Pigeon island. The ticket office is right at the beach. The room is spaceful and comfortable, many trees and birds around. Breakfast was huge and tasty.
