Overview
Nilaveli Beach Resort is set on the bronzed sands of Nilaveli Beach. This tranquil resort welcomes guests with a private beach area, cosy guestrooms and free internet access at all public areas. Situated on the eastern shores of Sri Lanka, the property is less than 50 metres from the beach and 300 metres from Nilaveli Lake. Trincomalee Railway Station and Bus Stand are both 17.7 km away. Rooms are built on rustic wooden huts. Each room is beautifully furnished with a private balcony overlooking the sea, a seating area and ironing facilities. The spacious en suite bathrooms include a hairdryer. The resort can organise activities such as diving and fishing. There are also barbeque facilities and bicycle rentals available. Nilaveli Beach Resort houses a 24-hour reception and offer airport shuttle services at a surcharge. Guests can enjoy a delectable spread of traditional Sri Lankan meals as well as international cuisines at the in-house restaurant. Packed lunches can be arranged upon request.

It’s a very comfortable, clean and quiet place. The resort is small and there is no other tourist infrastructure around, so the beach and facilities are for the guests only. The staff is marvelously friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel offers surprisingly large and diverse menu

“A perfect end to our 2 week stay in Sri Lanka.”
Beautiful location. We had a 3 night stay and only left the resort to go and see the dolphins. Food was excellent and staff super helpful.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room and great location. The food is particularly delicious and the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and attentive.

“very recommendable”
We travelled to Nilaveli Beach during monsoon, so we enjoyed being nearly the only guests. The restaunrant was very very good, the dishes absolutely tasty and the cocktails...wow! Friendly staff, nice communication with them and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything . Very good resort Small resort with only 17 Bedroom . Very well organised and cleaned. The location directly on the beautiful and large beach of Nilavelli easy to swim . Few people All the staff was really friendly and helpfull Breakfast and dinner on the beach Good food

“A wonderful relaxing time right on the beach.”
The resort is right on the beach. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom. The beach was just stunning. White sand and no other tourists other than the guests. There were plenty of loungers. The restaurant was OK. There was reasonable variety. The staff were very attentive and service was good. Biscuits and snacks, along with drinking water was provided in the room.

“Perfect for relaxing!”
Stayed 2 nights at this lovely boutique resort, in a large, spacious and clean room with ocean view.. Had dinner first night and breakfast next 2 mornings and there were enough selection on the dinner menu and food was very good. Excellent breakfast both days. Great service and super friendly staff. The property was clean and well kept. Swimming pool was good size, clean and water was nice and warm. Overall loved everything about this resort and would definitely come back!
