The hotel is located on the oceanfront, away from the city. This has its advantages: there are few people, just nature, so it's quiet and peaceful. But keep in mind that you'll have to travel to Trincomalee to get to the shops. The room is a separate apartment with an ocean view, two bedrooms, a huge living room, and a kitchen. You feel right at home. Everything you need for living and cooking is provided. There's also a water cooler in the room. Air conditioning and fans are throughout. There's an elevator and a clean pool. A diving center, cafes, and restaurants are nearby.

Our holiday: We were here for the first time last year for one week and we really liked it. We loved it here so much that we had to come again this year for two weeks. And again I can say that our stay did not disappoint us. We had a great time here, everything went according to our expectations. We had a beautiful and cozy apartment with a view of the ocean and a beautiful garden. The staff was amazing and thank you all so much for helping me with my back pain. I hope it wasn't the last time we were here, we will always be very happy to come back here. We love the beach here and this hotel and staff. “Pretty good!”

The apartment is in a great spot overlooking the sea. It takes a whole 2 minutes to walk to the beach! There is lots of space, comfortable sofas and has great air conditioning. The shower was hot and powerful (a rare thing in Sri Lanka it seems). Comfortable beds and living area also. The beach is beautiful and clean, we had a lovely time swimming and walking daily.

It was fantastic. We were staying in a room that look up to the sea but I think every condo has a part that looks upto the sea. So, shouldn't be a problem for travelers to think about which room they'd get. The condo where we were staying had almost everything that one needs for a daily household thing, including functional kitchen (you have to get your commodities though). There were also books and CDs and TV to spend time inside the condo (and not just using it for sleeping and bathing). This is quite essential if you are staying for a slightly longer duration than just couple of days as the temperature outside is not so friendly, humidity is really high and going out in the sun becomes really challenging. Looking at the sea from the living room itself makes you feel so cool (temperature) from inside your body that you won't like to go outside during the noon time.
