“Will never go to the Japanese restaurant.”

Restaurant service is bad. The Manager has attitude and did not serve the tea which was supposed to come with desert.

99% of the staff were exceptional. Spa massage very good. I had a therapist who spoke 3 languages fluently and we had a ball. Rooms are very clean and pleasant. Food and drinks excellent. Their cocktails are truly special.

Super atas. Clean, everything is well thought of. Tip top class service, also not to forget to mention about the onsen. It has both hot and cold onsen, very clean with a hot sauna. All washing facilities are very clean and well kept. Also, both the Japanese restaurant and The Bar are astounding in design n service.

We had the most wonderful time at the hotel! Staff were very professional and welcoming, breakfast was outstanding, the whole stay very relaxing! Onsent was incredible. The hotel is located by beautiful lake, great for walks and long runs!

Impressive architecture! Very beautiful interior design. Very clean everywhere. The staff was very kind and very keen to assist us. The location is perfect if you want to spend a short amount of time surrounded by nature.

Exquisite in eve sense. But not too much at the same time. Impeccable, kind team.

My stay at Ritz Carlton Nikko was simply fantastic. Put a tremendously passionate, dedicated group of people through a world-class Ritz Carlton hospitality training program and you get service that's nothing short of perfection. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, it's facilities (both spa and public onsen) were amazing, and food was thoughtful, delicious, and wholesome. My wife and I could not have asked for more and yearn to be back in the, hopefully, near future.
