“Wonderful apartment”

Comfortable beds, huge apartment with big terrace. The living is great. The kitchen is very useful and well equipped. The bathroom is ok but will be renewed. Elena is a great host with a load of presents.

Rosa's house has everything you need - a parking space, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, great location and, most importantly, a wonderful host! Elena kept in touch with us the whole time, helped us with recommendations and even checked in on us after we left the house. We had a great time here!

Absolutely a gem! So many nice details to make the stay perfect. AC in every room, beautifuly furnished, super clean and functional, balcony for every room, incl. kitchen and living room. Would give it an 11.

“A great apartment to spend a lovely holiday with the kids”

We were a family of four, parents and two children. We got the upper apartment, which was great. It was very sunny, with four balconies (all around the apartment), and from the two on the front we had a great view of the sea. The apartment was very clean, and the host - Christos, was super available and super friendly. We had a small technical problem and he fixed it in no time. All in all, a great apartment to spend a lovely holiday with the kids.

“Rosa’s house is like Home.”

The property is near the beach, about 3 minutes to walk, that is a plus if you want to swim in the morning. There are a couple of restaurants in Nikiana port witch also is very close to the Rosa’s House. There are 2 apartments, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor. Both have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom. The apartaments are very clean with brand new fridge, coffee machine, and all that you need to feel like Home. In the front garden is a big table where we spend a couple of Hours every night. The owner is very responsiv and answerd to all questions that we had. Even he recommand us a boat Rental company. Rosa’s house is the best property that I booked in Greece.

The accomodation has big rooms, it is fully equiped, it ensures a parking lot and it is nearby the beach and the unique bar NV. We really appreciated the touch of vintage aestethic of the kitchen with the modern vibes of the rooms.

Amazing location, amazing and helpful members of staff and brilliant customer service!! Would highly recommend to anyone wanted to visit the area for the first time.
