“Amazing relaxing experience and would definitely go again”

The spa treatment we booked a couples massage which was amazing and the staff were super friendly all over the property actually. For dinner we booked the 3 course meal which was also great and again had really good service. The whole property was super clean and well maintained as well

The staff was kind, helpful and respectful. At the breakfast buffet they accommodated our vegan wishes with plant based products that were not found on the buffet ❤️ The bed mattress was medium soft and very comfortable, the bathroom very clean. Nice and quiet location.

The spa is very beautiful and even if there’s more people you don’t feel like it. The Flow restaurant was delicious for dinners and breakfasts (haven’t tried lunch there). The restaurant Marina depended on the day so I assume different cooks so the quality was different every day.

The spa facilities and treatments are vey good, and the staff is also very polite and friendly!

We had a wonderful weekend at Sanadome and truly enjoyed our stay. What mattered most to me was being able to relax with my family and spend almost the entire time in our swimsuits — exactly the kind of break I was hoping for. It’s also conveniently close: we drove from Haarlem, which made the trip easy and stress-free. The hotel grounds are not huge, but honestly, we barely wanted to leave the thermal area anyway. The staff were incredibly friendly everywhere. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent. For dinner, we chose the à la carte menu, and it was genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had in the past year — huge thanks to the chef. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the pools were very clean too. There are also several restaurants on-site, so you can always grab something whenever you feel like it. The only downside was some of the other guests. A few people were talking very loudly in the steam room and sauna, which really took away from the relaxing atmosphere. At the same time, a small child in the outdoor pool was told off for making a brief noise when the bubbles suddenly started next to him, which felt a bit unfair. Also, some guests were perhaps a little too comfortable showing affection in public — even in the pools. But overall, it was a lovely weekend getaway, and I would definitely recommend it for a short relaxing escape.

Lovely Spa and bedroom - really comfortable and warm. I went to enjoy a couple of spa days after a work event and was really happy with the experience. The Spa pool area is amazing - its such a comfortable and warm environment with lovely pools and facilities. I tried a number of treatments - some I enjoyed more than others but it was the relaxed feel of the place I liked so much - no judgement, people of all shapes and sizes,ages etc enjoying time together in a very sociable way. Breakfast plentiful and varied - more than enough to set you up for the day. I particularly enjoyed the fact that it was a proper spa hotel so wandering around in your swimsuit, robe and flip flops was the done thing.
