Overview
Opoe Sientje is a ship with an on site museum located at the harbour along the river Waal and offers specially themed accommodation. Motorway N325 is 150 metres from the property. Each room comes with a seating area and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Breakfast is served each morning in the dining area. The train station is 2 km away. National park De Hoge Veluwe is 30 minutes by car. The German city Cleve is a 20-minute drive away.

Very warm (in winter) lots of character too. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. All round was a great place to stay. In a nice quiet part of the city roughly 15 mins walk to the train station and a nice choice of bars, restaurants etc two minutes away on the riverside.

Lovely quirky apartment with all facilities, clean and comfortable. Excellent location within walking distance from train station. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Nice touch to have a little bar that you can help yourself to, nice beers too.

“Fantastic, it's such a nice friendly place to stay in a wonderful location!!”
The breakfast was exceptional & the lady that served it to me explained what the hagelslag were. The location was very excellent, close to everything but also quiet in the evenings. The staff rented a bike for me as I was arriving on the Sunday evening and needed to use a bike on Monday morning. The staff were extremely friendly and on hand if I needed anything. I would 100% stay there again :)

“Sleep well in the belly of an old ship & enjoy veggy snacks in the sun!”
The place to be in Nijmegen! Especially on a sunny spring day. Enjoy the Waal, multiple people of all kinds, nice apple pie and snack plates on board and good coffee. Staff is extremely helpful and even when they were very busy, they'd serve you with a smile. Rooms are fine and very nicely decorated in the old boat style.

“I want to be back in the summer”
The vibe was great, the lounge area/restaurant was so cosy. We loved chatting with the stuff - super friendly international students. The apartment was really authentic, with comfortable beds, bathtub and so much space.
