“Perfect place for Niigata”

“Good and cheap”
Very clean and modern. Good value for the price. Not too far from the train station and shopping mall. They have a public bath (Daiyokujo) which is included but you cannot use it if you have tattoos.

The location is pretty good and the reception definitely looks very fancy! There's also a laundry room and I appreciate the onsen facilities.

“A week-end in Niigata”
Good location, staff very friendly and room very convenient and clean, the onzen is also very nice and clean, i would stay here again if i come back

“Attractive and central but communication is difficult”
It is modern and stylish, which is not the case with most Japanese hotels. The lobby is really grand, like a 5-star place. While the rooms are typical Japanese-small, we did have a view onto the main road, which made it a lot brighter. The onsen bath is also quite luxurious, being able to spend a few hours here really adds to the perception of value here. There was a helpful English-speaking tall male employee who helped us at checkin, which was very helpful. See negative comments for more on that!

Excellent location for a short or longer trip. Everything is close by, the hotel has a pool, a gym and an onsen, short distance to the river walk. I have stayed there several times and highly recommend it.

“A resort vibe in the middle of the city! No need to go outside the hotel during your stay!!!”
Breakfast was perfect!!! The public bath was so good! Staff at check-in, absolutely the BEST!

“Superb hotel”
Just a short walk from the main station, this hotel is in the perfect location - also to explore the city. My personal highlight was the bath area which was really big. Additionally, there’s a convenience store right inside as well. Definitely a great choice when staying in Niigata!

“Huge hotel near the station”
A huge hotel with an incredible onsen. Staff were helpful and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good. Wish we had longer.
