“Our stay although short was pleasant and peaceful.”
The location was easy to get to from the train station by walking. Also it was close to many eating places and for site-seeing Niigata.

“Great stay”
Location is close to Bandai and shopping area. About 10 minutes walk to Niigata Station, very manageable with suitcases. Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was great. Attentive staff. They have luggage transfer service with Yamato Transport in the hotel. We sent our suitcases from/to Narita airport directly to/from the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel also accommodated request for rooms with single beds. Single beds were of a good size, and pillows were very comfortable.

“A clean, comfortable hotel with great location and quality breakfast”
The room is clean, spacious, and offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast provides a wide variety of options with high-quality food, which I enjoyed very much—though the coffee service could be improved. The hotel’s location, tucked just behind the main street, strikes a perfect balance: quieter surroundings while still allowing easy access to the lively central area.

“Excellent stay, I would highly recommend it”
The staff were the stand out feature! They even take the payment only at check out which was a refreshing vote of trust in the guest. It takes me back to the old days before when people used to call the hotel and make the booking and payment when they check out. The staff helped with the luggage and showed me to the room as well. Wonderful people.

Excellent hotel. Nicely modernized rooms (premium floor). Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk and concierge. Location, close to shops and restaurants in the station area. Easy parking.

“Friendly staff in an aging hotel with good food.”
Staff are very friendly, well trained and helpful. Restaurants offer good variety of meals. We visited both the buffet lunch and japanese lunch and food in both are highly recommended.
