“Smelly with creepy eavesdropping”
The whole management system is automated and highly impersonal. It includes a listening device in the apartment that sends you messages when it thinks you are too loud - we were warned twice despite not at all being a party group. The location is right above a fish shop and you smell that most of the time. The host's description refers to 5 rooms - in fact there are 3 and two of the rooms have a curtain in it
