Spotlessly clean room. Quirky decorations. Ann welcomed us and was super friendly and attentive. Her breakfast was exceptional, a fantastic selection of fresh food. Fridge with a variety of cold drinks with an honesty box. A quiet location close to town centre. Overall a great overnight stay for us!

Lovely place, we have been here before. Private parking and the actual room is very spacious with an area to sit and relax in. The best bit is the breakfast offering. Simply amazing. A generous host.

“Excellent accommodation”
Breakfast was brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for Ann she was an excellent Hostess. The accomodation was great very spacious and Ann provided so many little extras. Looking forward to rebooking for another visit
