Poorly managed at best, deceiving practices. I asked TWICE far in advance about the possibility of a late check-in, and only received a reply very few days before my stay that they could not offer that. That was of course way after I could not cancel my booking anymore, and put me in a difficult situation where I had to find another accommodation in a rush. They of course refused any sort of refund. This place might be nice but I would still avoid it as I do not trust the people running it.

Booking was very easy, and a good price. The room had quirky decoration, and was very clean. The staff at checkin and a breakfast were very friendly. The continental breakfast was a generous selection of bread, pastries, meat and cheese. I will be back.

B&B means bed and breakfast, which is not the case here, they only entice interested parties with the price, without the possibility of breakfast.

“Great stay in a great location!”
We were very comfortable in our small but perfectly formed room at the back of the house. Everything felt fresh, new and clean. The bed was super comfy. We were not the only occupants in the house, but overall it was very quiet. We even stayed longer than originally planned. The location is great, the coastal tram and bus stop is just opposite the house, a large, free public parking lot is available, too. Plenty of bars and restaurants in stumbling distance in Nieuwpoort-Stad or a short tram hop away in Nieuwpoort-Bad. Breakfast was a 15 minute bracing walk away but it was worth it, located in Westhoek Marina, good coffee, eggs/bacon and plenty of other goodies to reward ourselves with. Big thanks to Sheila and Stephane who were the perfect hosts, super helpful and made us feel very welcome! We are sure to come again!
