Super close to the highway and restaurants within walking distance and a MacCafe only minutes away for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

I booked for one night. The purpose of my visit to Kassel was for work. I was in meetings all day long and when I was about to move to the pension to check-in, I saw that my reservation got cancelled. They tried to reach me around midday, but I was not available to pick up the phone at the time. When I called them to find out what happened and why my reservation got cancelled, the person who picked up the phone sounded a bit rude. It never happened to me before for my reservation to get cancelled few hours before my check-in. I would expect in similar situation that they would have helped me find an alternative solution, but they did not. It was during Documenta and everything in Kassel’s area was fully booked. Extremely uncomfortable for me and they did not sound apologetic for the inconvenience either.

“Not trusted persons”
Nothing. At 7 pm they canceled the reservation. Even that I called and told that I just reached the train station they didn’t want to keep the reservation and lied they tried to get in touch and didn’t reply. Is really disturbing to be left lost in the night in a first time in this city. All my words are backed up with proves.

Nice cozy hotel. Great staff. Very polite and friendly manager. TV in the room worked, everything in the room has been worked, there were a hairdryer, clean linens, working TV. Bads: very dirty towel.....

“Friendly staff, good price, well located”
The place is clean, the staff is friendly and supportive. Although there is no kitchen, there is an Edeka closeby and a small fridge in the room to put the food. The place is close to a bus station.

“Cheap but still not worth the money.”
Not cleaned properly, with broken shower, curtains etc. Bed sheets didn’t cover the complete bed. The room had too much furnitures - left no space to move.

“Comfy little gem”
The hotel is little but comfy and welcoming. Located 30m by bus from the train station. Room is little but splendid clean. Couldn't ask for more
