Overview
Residenz Drachenstein Wildschönau apartment complex is located quietly and centrally in the Tyrolean village of Niederau-Wildschönau, 500 metres from the ski lifts. The town centre is in the immediate vicinity. The apartments and Penthouses face south or south west and boast panoramic views of the Wildschönauer Mountains, Niederau town, and the the local Markbachjoch Ski Resort. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave and toaster are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower in each unit. The apartment complex features a luxury wellness area with large jacuzzi, saunas, showers and relaxation room. The building has a separate washing and drying room and a ski storage room. Upon a surcharge there is a charger for electric cars and a charger for e-bikes available. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including skiing and golfing. Innsbruck Airport is 60 km from the property.

“Fabulous spacious apartment for family holiday”
Modern, well equipped apartment for 12 with large balconies and great views. Very comfortable with added bonus of communal wellness centre. Peaceful location but close enough to walk into Niederau. Would certainly consider coming here again.

“A nice place for a ski holiday between two different ski areas.”
The location was nice, clean, modern. Firendly staff. The ski bus station (to Alpbachtal) could have been a little closer to the place, but a 6 minute walk is still decent enough. Would recommend having a rental car during the stay, as no ski bus service to the Skiwelt is available.

The warm welcome for the property manageress. 7 of us stayed in the DB8 penthouse apartment for a week - it was a fantastic space and well equipped as advertised. We would definitely go back.
