A large, clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a great location. The owners live downstairs and are very friendly and helpful. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and they stayed up to welcome me.

“Great base for exploring nearby ski resorts :)”
The apartment of 34m2 was very clean, warm, comfortable for two people and good base to explore the nearby ski areas by car. SkiJuwel, SkiWelt and Kitzski ski areas within max 30 minutes drive. Hosts are very nice and recommended good restaurants in Niederau. Thank you and hope to see you again :)

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. It was modern, clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. The location was excellent. You don't even need a car to explore the area thanks to the free tourist bus and the access to the gondolas. The village shops and restaurants are a short distance walk. We loved the balcony for an extra relaxing space and great views over the mountains.

Very modern apartment with everything needed. Had a big terrace with a table and chairs, awesome to enjoy the nice summer weather! The hosts were amazing and helpful as well. Would have stayed longer but was unfortunately fully booked :)
