“Spacious, family-friendly stay in a great location”
We had a great stay! The accommodation was more spacious than we expected, which made it very comfortable for our family. Our children (ages 4 and 6) especially loved the toys (Lego and Duplo). The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Ledra Street, and having a free parking spot was a big plus. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient and we really appreciated the flexibility with arrival time. The internet connection and TV (with Netflix) worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. Overall, this is a fantastic place not just for a short stay, but also for a longer visit. Highly recommended!

The host Michalis is super friendly. We got quite a lot of suggestions for the trip in and around Nicosia. Communication was great. The house is also super friendly and comfy. All the facilities are working well! Many restaurants near the property. Parking included in the building so very convient too.

Our host, Michalis was very easy to communicate with, fast, efficient, very helpful. Checkin very smooth, nice neighbourhood, easy walking distance to centre. Perfect setting for a city trip. Apartment very comfortable, clean, nicely equipped… feels like home, though we only slept in it, otherwise discovered the city.

It was a beautiful spacious apartment with a large living room and balcony. It was ideally situated to explore Nicosia. The host was welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

“if you like to get into the heart of culture and community when travelling to Nicosia its perfect”
The property location was perfect for exploring Nicosia, The owner even gave us the correct gps location to his property as there were three other kocations with the sane name address so we didnt get lost or confused which was a big bonus, on arrival the host met us at front of property and allowed us a choice of two parking spaces for convenience also helping carry our bags to property on 3rd floor which was nice. there is a elevator in the building so no stair climbing required, peoperty was amazing it fulfilled are requirements for the visit, we stayed in January and the aircons on heat setting was more than comfortable in the evenings, over alk a perfect trip and lovely host.
