Excellent base for our stay, exceeded expections. Charming area to stay with places to eat near by. Short drive to the old town. Owner a one off in the nicest possible way. An experience to remember.

“An interesting and comfortable discovery point”

This place is very near the city centre and also near the bus station connecting Nicosia with the airport of Larnaca. The owner, Mr. Giannis, is a very well-traveled man, who has experience of the World, and can entertain interesting conversations. He is also very kind, patient, witty. He produces excellent Commandaria and Zivania, too. The apartment I dwelled in was a traditional Cypriot house possibly more than 200 years old, with very high ceiling, and all the comforts you might need. Good wifi. Giannis is also the landlord of a young successful and interesting Cypriot writer, Eva Asprakis, and you can find her books for you to read in the apartment. Just in front of the apartment you have a traditional cafenio where old and not old folk people enjoy passionate talks. Nearby, within 15 to 20 minutes walk, you have an array of grocers, including a Russian shop.

The owner is always there and very helpful.

John/Giannis was just exceptional! I was quite busy so I didn't get to talk to him much, but whenever we did get to chat he was nothing but lovely. I can confidently say he was one of, if not the best, part of the stay! I really enjoyed the fact that the studio included so many things (a washing mashine, a microwave, a big fridge, a kettle, an AC unit...) that I would have looked for/wanted. There is a really big and quite cheap supermarket close by, and there seems to be a cafe roght in front (though i am really socially anxious and did not really take advantage of that!) The Host also has a great lemonade that I keep reminiscing about! The street it sits on is adorable, with a lot of local flora scattered through neighbours' gardens. The cons could never outweigh the pros for me! And I can't wait to come back, kf John/Giannis will have me of course ❤️🫒

“Perfect accommodation near Nicosia city center”

The apartment furnished in traditional style is located in the calm part of the city however really close to the old town of Nicosia. When it comes to facilities there are literally everything - kitchen well equipped, adapters available at location, two really comfortable beds, air conditioning, coffee machine (really delicious coffee by the way) etc. The owner is really friendly, helpful and kind… 🌸 he welcomed us with the smile on his face ☺️

Very comfortable studio with a small kitchen and all the basics you need. The owner meets you for the check in and explains everything. The neighborhood is quiet (except on Sunday morning as the church with speakers is just few steps away), a restaurant just on the corner, close to the supermarkets and 25 min walk from the city center.

A lovely little house in a quiet location just outside the town center. It has literally everything you could need but the highlight is the owner Giannis! He was prompt and helpful with messages before i arrived and he welcomed me with tradicional snacks and homemade zivania!

- This flat was really sweet in a good neighbourhood, really close to the city centre by foot, (20 minutes) - easy parking - the host was super friendly and welcomed us warmly!!!

We where more than lucky to stay with John and fell in love with the city thanks to this great place and its awesome host. The really nicely built, perfectly clean and fully equipped Studio is situated in a calm and neat area, just a few minutes walk from the center. Highly recommended and sure to be visited again.

The host John was fantastic. Really excellent quality accommodation. He supplied welcome drinks and snacks, put water in the room. He could not do enough to make me feel at home. Also dropped me off near the chk point and also at the bus station even when I was leaving. One of the best places I have stayed and I have been on booking.com for a long time.
