The property is located 15 minutes walk from the city old center and is pet friendly. The appartment was one of the most well equipped appartments as it includes washing machine, iron, dry washer, coffee makers etc. The owner, mr John is exceptional, very hospitable and extremely communicative.

“Home in Cyprus”

We arrived on Christmas Day and the check-in was quick, flexible, and completely hassle-free, which already made us feel very welcome. The host went above and beyond, he invited us to taste wine from his own winery and shared lovely Christmas treats like cake, fruits, and pecan nuts, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. He also shared great recommendations for the city and for exploring Cyprus, which helped us make the most of our stay. Honestly, one of the best hosts we have ever met - incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. The house is amazing, beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It truly feels like a home away from home: cosy, comfortable, and absolutely perfect in every way. Everything was smooth, easy, and simply wonderful. We couldn’t recommend this place more; an exceptional stay and an exceptional host. We would happily come back again!

The whole flat is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. It lies in the nice, calm part of the Nicosia, close to the city center. You will feel an authentic atmosphere here. But the most valuable is his owner John. With his hospitality and warm welcome, you will enjoy it a lot. Also if you want to know more about Cyprus history, places to visit or habits you will obtain an answer. So, hope to see you John one more time.

Usually I don't write a comprehensive review about a stay. Some apartments did meet my expectations while other experiences were dissappointing in some aspect. However, my time in To Hani Kamera Maisonette was exceptionally great and therefore I will try to explain in detail why. I arrived quite early at the apartment and even before I could contact the host he already greeted me with a smile. He made me feel welcome and at home from the start. He said that the apartment was ready and I could move in right away. The apartment is actually a two floor house. I was truly impressed by the size. From the outside it looks like a beautiful historical building. The blue wooden door gives you the feeling that you entered a special building with great cultural and historic value. It is a representation of the traditional architecture from Cyprus. This style is also seen in the interior with a wooden ceiling, an arch and sandstone tiles. The kitchen is big enough to organize a dinner for at least 6 guests and it is equipped with all the latest modern appliances. On the upper floor you can find the sleeping room and the bathroom. The bed is big and comfortable. I slept really well, partly because of the neighboorhood where the house is situated. Yes, it is near the old town of Nicosia but the area is unique. It doesn't feel like you are in a big city. Rather, due to the types of homes and the residents it looks more like a village (without someone continously checking what you are doing). I also want to point out that the hoise has a blacony with the size of a big room. The host, who I already mentioned above, is really a great person. He is really passionate about Cyprus, Nicosia and will go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. And it's not a act. He really wants you to enjoy your time on Cyprus and told me about the history of the island and the people. Amazing guy.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in these delightful apartments, hosted by the incredibly pleasant John. He was attentive, polite, and friendly, making our stay comfortable and welcoming. My husband, our dog, and I found the accommodation perfect for our needs. The apartment itself is conveniently located near the old town centre, embodying the historic charm of the area. It's situated in a beautifully restored old building, exuding warmth and coziness. The balcony offers a picturesque view of the square and an old church with a stunning bell tower. Inside, we found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable, soft, and accompanied by a warm yet lightweight blanket. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything necessary, and it felt like it had even more than we expected. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in Nicosia again. This trip was a truly enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming stay in the city.

Beautiful historical building, carefully renovated, with terrace and a well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Nice owner that responds quickly to all questions. It is a bit of a walk to the center of the old town but not too much, and the neighbourhood itself is very pretty.

We were upgraded to the large house, which was very kind. The owner responded quickly to questions and even invited us to his bar to sample some local delicacies when I asked about one item in particular. He also knew a lot about what to see and where to dine and was consistently great to deal with. The house was big, well stocked with everything and the beds were very comfortable.

The welcoming we received from John was exceptional! Before he showed us the maisonette he took us to his cafe next door and treated us to traditional cypriot sweets made by his mother and refreshments! Best experience from a rental. The maisonette is spacious with beautiful tall ceilings, the kitchen area has modern appliances and the bedroom had a double king bed so comfortable made it hard to get out of😊
