“Great city break.”
Beautiful & tastefully decorated penthouse apartment with everything you could need for a city break.We loved the terrace ,modern facilities and the smell of fresh linen on the bed. A genuine homely feel only 10 mins drive to Nicosia centre (Ledra street).Excellent correspondence with the host & clear check in/out instructions.

Very nice apartment close to the University of Nicosia, excellent facilities and very supportive hosts. Great outdoor terrace, a covered parking lot and a nice balcony are part of the package as well. Great and cosy place to stay!

The flat had all the accomodations possible and it was very well organised. The kitchen, for example, was provided with all sorts of utensils for cooking, it had even coffee machine with capsules, etc., and I loved that in the shower there was not only body lotion and shampoo, but also hair conditioner.

“Don't even think, just book it!”
The apartment was first class in every regard, modern fitting and fixtures huge floor to ceiling glass with matching roller blinds. Perfect in every way. Amazing views, quiet and peaceful yet only a few minutes in the car to Nicosia city centre or there are great restaurants within walking distance.

The place was extremely clean. Very nice view with a huge balcony. The second, smaller balcony is connected from the living room to the bedroom. The bathroom was very nice and the bedroom was comfortable with huge wardrobes. Other amenities such as steam compact iron for clothes, hair dryer, coffee maker etc. are also available. The view from the fifth floor and the air up there at night are perfect. This is the 5th time I have booked this place. It's my favourite quality-for-money apartment to book on occasion.
