“Central flat in the heart of Nicosia”

We spent 2 nights in Nicosia and this was the perfect location! The old town, main attractions, and some very nice bars/restaurants are within a comfortable walking distance, so we were able to visit everything we wanted to within the two days! We would definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Nicosia. I would also like to call out Elena's responsiveness and kindness, as she has helped us with not only questions about the property but also by personally posting back to the UK some items of clothing we accidentally left in the flat. Overall, we had a great stay - thank you!

It is a new studio, in a new and modern building (it has 2 elevators and a guard), very bright, extremely clean, spacious, stylishly furnished, with a superb view (you can see the mountains), in a very quiet neighborhood (there are not many cars on the street, and there are many companies in the building, so it is extremely quiet at night). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for breakfast (new, unused utensils and appliances). Very silent AC (you could sleep, if necessary, with it on at night). Comfortable mattress and pillows, and the water heating system (it is not only with solar panels as it appears in all the pictures of houses in Cyprus :) ) provided us with permanent and sufficient hot water. There is also a minimarket on the nearby street where you can buy the bare necessities. As for positioning, it is about 10-12 minutes walk from Elefteria Square. Very kind host. We had tea/coffee and 1 bottle of water on the house. Although we didn't meet in person, she made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Elena's studio. “Perfect. Just perfect.”

Me and my father travelled over from Manchester to watch the Europa League fixture between Manchester United and Omonia, the apartment was all that was left as it was a new listing but i think we got really lucky. For the price you cannot beat it. Close to the centre, close to bars and restaurants. The key is in a lockbox outside the front door of the apartment which made checking in/out so easy. The place was so clean, had everthing we needed including tv, air con, big comfy double bed, kitchen area with all the equipment, beautiful hot shower/bath, iron and hoover. The balcony overlooks the city which was a perfect place to spend the morning. I will be returning to Nicosia in the future and i hope this apartment is available. The staff are very easy to communicate with and gave us all the information before we even asked. 10/10. Thank you for a pefect stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The use of private parking bay in the underground garage was very useful....as was the lift directly from the basement. It all made for a convenient and worthwhile stay. The whole area where the apartment was situated was great...we especially loved the nearby Nomad cafe. The flat is in excellent location, walking distance to downtown (and the old town) shopping area, restaurants and cafes. A number of government /municipal offices are also within walking distance. Secured parking, easy access to the motorway to other part of the island. Nice and clean studio flat. Bottled water was provided. Owner was communicative. No problem at all. Very happy stay.

Charming and well-equipped apartment. It is in walking distance of the city center and near many nice restaurants and cafes. This flat is perfect to explore Nikosia. The balcony is wonderful to look over Nicosia at sunset.

Elena was prompt with her replies. The apartment was really clean and nice. The complimentary water and coffee was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. Apartment spelt lovely. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Nicosia to stay here. We hired a car and had a parking space so this was handy. It is not far from the Civil immigration office so for any passport renewals this place is handy.

Very convenient central location, with underground allocated parking space. The size of the flat is very good, with lots of sitting space, enough storage space, a fully equiped open-plan kitchen, and a nice well-sized balcony. The building block was very quiet during our stay, and there was no noise from the main street during the night. The fridge is not large, but there was no need for a bigger one.
