The location is perfect!!!! You can reach any point in the city using the bus station right cross the street. And at the same time, I didn't hear any noise from that station during my stay. The host is caring, she keeps checking if everything is good with you and she is willingto provide any needed help or advice of the city .

Even though only the location is great about this accommodation, it is not safe at all. I booked this accommodation slept did a night to experience the worst trauma anyone can even imagine. I do not wish what happened to me to my worst enemy. After waking and stepping out for sight seeing and grocery shopping shopping, I didn’t see any obvious signs of anyone accessing this accommodation in my absence up until I went to pick up my second phone (Samsung galaxy fold) I left on charge, I realised it was gone. My perfume was stolen, my 2 x Michael Kors bags were taken and most heartbreaking, all my expensive jewelries including gold and silver, belts and sunglasses (ranging from LV to Tommy Hilfiger. The funniest part of it all was that the host Maria instead tried to intimidate and threaten me to leave the accommodation for a full refund, that I am a liar and I came to take advantage of her. Like seriously, do I do know you before so what’s so special about you? The accommodation was filter, dirty floor, different from pictures, no security in place, entrance door 24/7 open meaning anyone can access the building. No cameras to detect illegal activities, old furnitures and smelly environment. I regretted staying him more especially with the ill treatment I received from the host. I strongly believe Maria is behind all that happened to me because she showed no concern, no remorse, very nonchalant and stealing from her customers. Do not put your life at risk if you love it because this people are capable of doing the worst especially if they see you know you’re coming from a more privileged country and staying alone. Stay away, run for your life and stay in a hotel whenever you travel to Nicosia (Cyprus in a whole). They are not to be trusted and care not about humans life.

The location is great, it is extremely central with a very nice city view from the balcony. It is like 3 minutes walking to Ledras street, there is the bus station across the street, lots of restaurants, cafeterias and shops, etc. There was a small place to park the car for free downstairs, the apartment was spacious enough and had all the amenities, the AC was working well (around 40C outside when we visited) and although we didn't meet the hosts, they were pretty available for us.

Location. Air conditioning worked, you had to have it on as no way to get fresh air into the building.

The location to the old town is really good. Just a short walk and you are on the main streets leading down to the border. Very lively city and wonderful characters. We were very comfortable in this large apartment. The bed was comfy and although just two rings in the kitchen we were able to cook our meals with ease as it was quite well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee watching the world go by. We liked it so much we’ve booked it again in a months time. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The road outside is very busy but once we closed the balcony doors you couldn’t hear the traffic.We would recommend this apartment.

Large apartment in great location. Our stay was very comfortable. Hosts communication was excellent and directions and pictures easy to follow. Everything you could need for a short or longer stay.
